Responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling. After investigation, we found that the roof has a large hole causing any outside water to leak in. We also found several leaks on the copper water line due to electrolysis. We are providing an estimate to replace water lines afterhours so business is not interrupted.

Customer was on vacation when their neighbors called them and said they have water pouring down the driveway into the street. The neighbor called the water department to turn off the water. Once on site, we found water line is the older blue poly piping and has several leaks. We removed the old blue poly piping and installed a new PEX water line from the meter to the home, ran new water line into garage and connected to existing copper inside of the home. We restored water to the home before the homeowner returned from vacation!

Customer requested we visit the property to look at the renovation he was in the middle of having done. After discussing the issues with customer and what it would take to properly fix the remodel, he asked us to come and fix. We returned to the property and had to replace and relocate the shower drain to be in center of shower drain and installed new shower valve. Fixed water and drain lines for new freestanding tub. After sheetrock, flooring and paint, we will return to install the fixtures to complete the trim. Customer is very happy.

Responded to a call where customers water had been turned off by the County/City due to a high water bill and active leak. Once on site, we were able to determine the main water line going through the foundation wall had a leak on the water line and the water line penetration through the wall was not sealed properly. The main shut off valve handle was broken off as well so the customer would not be able to turn the water on and off to the house. We provided customer with a free quote to repair the main water line going through the foundation wall and properly seal the penetration with a new main shut off valve for proper use. We are returning when customer is available to perform the work.

Responded to a call where customer's water had been turned off to the house completely by the City/County due to a high water bill. Once on site, we determined the leak is on the main water line where the water line enters the home through the foundation wall. We also found the water line is not sealed properly going through the foundation wall. We provided customer with a free quote to replace this section of water line going through foundation wall with a new shut off valve and properly sealing the water line penetration through foundation wall.

Returned to salon for leak under shampoo bowl. The flexible grey drain piece connecting the hair trap to the sink strainer had ripped and come apart at the hose clamp. I removed the broken section of drain line and installed a new tail piece from the strainer to the hair trap. Tested for proper leak free operation.

Responded to the Salon for units receiving cloudy water on hot and cold sides. Disconnected three (3) tankless units and cleaned all filters within the unit. Found dirt residue inside of all three filters only. I inspected Target and America's Best within the strip mall to determine the clarity of their water. Both stores are experiencing cloudy water as well. I inspected Rack Room Shoe and Bath & Body Works to determine the clarity of their water. Both stores are experiencing clear water. I ran water for several hours in an attempt to clear up the cloudy water the Salon is experiencing. Since a few stores within the shopping center are not experiencing the cloudy water, the issue could've cleared up with flushing the water out. After several hours of constantly running water, the water did not clear up however. At this point, recommend customer contact Landlord to contact City/County. This may be related to work they are/have performed.

Responded to a commercial toilet constantly running. Determined the existing automatic flush valve was no longer repairable and required replacement. We installed a new automatic flush valve to resolve issue.

Customer had contacted us to descale the tankless water heaters serving his salon. We were able to reprogram the tankless water heaters to perform the annual descale and not interrupt the salon's hours of operations. We also replaced the automatic flush valve with a new and improved model to resolve the continuous flushing the salon was experiencing.
