Our customer had the tile replaced in the master bathroom. We arrived to install the toilet on the new tile and replaced the toilet flapper also.

Customer had recently contacted us for constant stoppage issues. We provided a quote to customer to repair section of drain line that was backfalling and to install a new pressure assisted toilet. We returned today to perform work. We installed a new Kohler pressure assist toilet. During toilet replacement, found flange was broken. We replaced flange and installed new wax ring before setting new toilet.

I had a severly clogged toilet in my office and TKO responded very quickly, diagnosed, and fixed the issue. They spent a lot of time evaluating the situation were very informative about further prevention. Will undoubtedly use them again.

Responded to call for multiple toilets backing up at a dentist office. We pulled one of the toilets to perform drain cleaning and found a blockage in main hallway outside of the office. Was able to clear blockage with sewer camera. Also found cast iron sewer line holding a small amount of water at main sewer connection for entire building. Did not find any major issues. Recommend to wait and see if issue reoccurs before taking any further steps.

Responded to call to provide customer with a quote for replacing and replumbing some of the drain line system. They are experiencing frequent stoppages. We found newly installed PVC line by separate contractor to have improper slope causing paper and solids to build in line causing blockages. We provided quote to customer and are currently working with customer to resolve issue.

Responded to call for shower and toilet gurgling when shower was being used and repairing a garbage disposal because they had dropped a spoon in the disposal. We determined two air admittance vents under master bath lavatory sinks not operating properly. We installed new studor vents/air admittance valves, removed spoon from garbage disposal to allow proper operation and pulled large amounts of hair from shower drain.

Responded to a call with a leak on the ceiling. Once arrived, found the thermal expansion tanks above the water heater spraying up and causing water damage on the ceiling. We replaced two thermal expansion tanks for the customer.
