Responded to call where customer had another pin hole leak on his copper water line. Customer opted to repipe his water lines. We returned the following day and replaced all copper water lines inside of customer's home with new PEX piping.

Responded to call for leaking pipe above sewer ejector pump. Found old check valve for sewer ejector pump leaking. We installed a new check valve to resolve issue.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace the 1.5" pressure reducing valve and main shut off valve for school. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new 1.5" pressure reducing valve and a new 1.5" main shut off valve for the school. We also replaced a manual flush valve for a toilet that was constantly leaking and not repairable.

Responded to call for a possible leak in the ceiling. Customer said she was seeing water spots in the ceiling. Once on site, we cut sheetrock in the garage ceiling to gain access to plumbing in order to diagnose leak. After evaluation, we found leak on tub drain connection. We replaced the tub shoe connector and overflow gasket to make proper repair to tub drain.

We responded to call for 4 separate workorders for one of our commercial customers, for several items not currently working at preschool. A toilet was leaking from the shut off valve, one toilet was not flushing all the way through cycle, hose spigot is leaking in utility room for mop sink, and left side sink is leaking. We arrived today and replaced tailpiece for kitchen sink, we repaired a manual Sloan flush valve, we rebuilt a shut off valve for a manual Sloan toilet, and replaced a hose spigot for mop sink. We also provided customer with a quote to install a new 1.5" shut off valve and 1.5" pressure reducing valve for school.

We installed two new hose spigots and replaced old gate style shut off valve with new ball valve. We also relocated the new shut off valve so that it was more accessible for homeowners.

Responded to call for a daycare toilet not flushing properly. Once on site, we found bad Sloan flush valve. We replaced the vacuum breaker and diaphragm in flush valve to resolve issue.

We recently provided customer with a quote to repair and replace multiple items. We returned today to perform some of this work as well as provide a quote on a water heater replacement. We replaced the washing machine box with new hot and cold shut off valves and new supply lines, we replaced copper water lines going into the kitchen due to deterioration, we replaced shut off valves.

We had provided a customer with a quote to remove their reverse osmosis filter system so they may install it and use it at their new home. We returned today to perform this work. We removed filter system under kitchen sink area and reconnected water and drain assembly.

Returned to location to make additional water heater repair and replace thermal expansion tank during nonbusiness hours. We made proper repairs and promptly turned water back on to property so business was not interrupted.

Responded to a call where crawl space encapsulation company found a shut off valve covered up in spray foam and they were worried about the operation and integrity of the valve. Once on site, we were able to trace the water line connected to the shut off valve to determine that the valve is nonoperational and no repair is required. While on site, we provided an estimate for a new washing machine box due to age of existing one and a new hose spicket.

We arrived to perform annual maintenance on tankless water heaters. We were able to reprogram the tankless units so the deli did not experience any interruptions while we flushed the tankless water heaters.

Responded to call for very high water pressure. Found pressure issues being caused by thermal expansion due to home not having thermal expansion tank installed at water heater. I responded to a call for an older water heater that was leaking from the tank. I replaced the homeowner's water heater with a new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater.
