Responded to call for leak at foundation wall. Once on site, found drain line leaking right outside of foundation wall. We were able to repair line going through foundation wall to resolve issue.

Arrived to perform annual maintenance on a Rinnai tankless water heater we installed last year. Performed tankless descale and cleaned filters as part of annual maintenance on tankless water heaters.

Responded to call for customer looking to replace their 50 gallon electric water heater. They were also interested in options to provide faster hot water. Recommended installing a recirculating pump with a new water heater for faster hot water. We replaced customer's 50 gallon electric water heater with a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater, installed a new drip pan, expansion tank, and new cold water shut off valve and installed a new recirculating pump for faster hot water.

Responded to call for a very high water bill. We found existing water line is blue poly and there is a leak on the line under the driveway. Provided quote options for replacing existing water line as well as repairing existing water line but strongly recommend replacement due to old water line being blue poly. There is no warranty on blue poly repairs. Customer opted for replacement and we are returning to replace the water line.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their existing water line due to water line leaking under driveway. Existing water line is also the old blue poly. Customer opted for replacement. We returned today to replace the existing blue poly water line with a new water line.

Responded to a water leak pushing up from the floor. Determined water line is leaking under the concrete slab. We provided a proposal for repairing the water line under the slab or rerouting the line and removing it from under the slab.

We cut sheetrock in the garage and determined the hot water line is leaking in the slab after letting the water run for a approx. one hour. The leak stops appearing once hot water to the home is turned off. We anticipate that this line is for the kitchen only however we would need to install a shut off valve and test the water line to confirm this. We will provide proposal to resolve leak from hot water line.

I received a call from a customer who was experiencing issues with their basement plumbing. Upon arrival, I found that the sewer ejector pump, commonly referred to as a sump pump, was not working properly. The lid of the pump was bent, causing sewer gases to escape. I provided the customer with a free quote to replace the pump.

We recently responded to a call for plumbing in basement backing up. After finding sewer ejector pump not working properly, we provided free quote to customer for replacement. We returned today to replace the sewer ejector pump and lid for customer to restore plumbing drainage system in basement.

Responded to a partial trim out for a remodel project. We installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher with new drain assembly. We also installed new drain assembly for lavatory.

We were called out for a Rheem tankless water heater not working and showing error code 29. After responding to the call, I found the condensation line was frozen. I replaced the condensate line and flushed the tankless water heater.

Responded to a call where the homeowner was receiving no hot water throughout the house. After diagnosing their Rheem tankless water heater, we cleaned the ignitor rods and restored hot water again to the house.

I responded to a call from a homeowner who was experiencing a sewage backup in their basement. Upon arrival, I found that the sewage ejector pump was no longer working properly and needed to be replaced. I replaced the pump and the homeowner's sewage system is now working as it should.

We responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling after the homeowner took a shower. We had to cut a small section of sheetrock below the shower to access the shower drain. We found the drain had loosened up causing a leak. We were able to clean the area and properly reseal the shower drain.

I was called to a home to repair a water heater that was not producing hot water. I found that the Rheem water heater booster and thermal expansion tank were no longer working properly. I replaced both items and restored hot water again.

I was called to a home to clean a drain in the upstairs bathroom. The drain was clogged with hair and other debris. I used a plunger to try to clear the clog, but it was not effective. I then used a drain snake to break up the clog and clear the drain. The homeowner was very grateful for my help and paid me a fair price for the job.
