Customer had recently contacted us to discuss new water heaters. His current 65 gallon electric water heater is no longer working properly and also past it's lifetime at 15 years old. After providing customer with several options, they opted to have us come today to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater with a new thermal expansion tank and safety drip pan as well as a new Rheem water heater booster to almost double the output of hot water to the home.

Responded to call for toilet constantly running even after customer had turned the water off to the toilet. Customer said she also has a whistling noise coming from the toilet area. Once on site, we determined the pressure to the home is very high causing fixtures to leak and the shut off valve for the toilet is not working properly allowing the water to still fill up in the toilet which is also contributing to the whistling noise customer is hearing. We installed a new pressure regulator valve for customer, a new fill valve, shut off valve and fill valve for toilet to resolve all issues.

Responded to call where customer is looking for a quote to replace her current water heater. She bought a new water heater about five years ago and wanted to see how much it would be to replace her current water heater with this water heater. We provided customer with a free quote to replace her current water heater with this water heater.

Responded to call where homeowner had a couple of plumbers out prior to us coming out that could not determine a good spot for the new outside faucet he wanted. Once on site, we were able to pinpoint a great location for the owner to be able to easily access his outside faucet and hose. We installed a new water line through exterior wall to connect to existing water line in the basement in order to install the new hose bibb for customer.

Responded to a call for a urinal constantly running and not turning off in the men's bathroom. Once on site, we determined the flush valve for the urinal is not working properly. We replaced the diaphragm for the flush valve to resolve issue.

Responded to call for customer receiving an error code on his Rinnai tankless water heater. Once on site, found tankless unit was 20 years old and had never been serviced. Customer was also reporting much warmer water, not hot. Found numerous issues with current tankless water heater. Customer opted to install a new tankless water heater instead of repairing the current tankless water heater. We returned with a new upgraded Rinnai tankless water heater with recirculating function and replaced customer's existing water heater. Replumbed water and gas lines to bring up to code as well.

Responded to call for no hot water. Customer has a heat pump water heater that was no longer functioning properly. We were able to repair the heat pump water heater by installing new thermistors.

Responded to call for no hot water and no heat. Once on site for the no water heater, we found crawl space completely flooded with about 4 feet of water. Customer had an old water heater that leaking for several days, flooding the crawl space which is where the furnace is located also. There is a sump pump in the crawl space but due to the incorrect drain line size, the sump pump could not keep up with how much water was coming from the water heater. We installed a new sump pump and drain line from sump pump to exterior. Once water was pumped down from crawl space, we were able to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater.

Responded to a leak at the base of a toilet. The homeowner had put blue cleaning tablets in the toilet and could see the blue water leaking from the bottom of the toilet. We pulled the toilet in order to replace wax ring. After replacing wax ring, we set toilet back. Leak from base of toilet was due to wax seal.

Called out for suction lines clogged at dentist office. We were able to clear the main suction drain in order to remove blockage. Pulled back lots of sludge and tested ok.
